STEP 1
Initial Consultation & Quote
- Customer contacts us
- We schedule on‑site visit
- We assess roofline, soffits, fascia, control box location
- Provide written quote & colour options
STEP 2
Design & Customization
- Measure home exterior
- Choose track colour to match soffit & fascia
- Design lighting layout (spacing, zones, effects)
- Select installer date
STEP 3
Material Procurement & Pre‑Installation Setup
- Order custom‑coloured aluminium track, LED modules, control box, power supply
- Pre‑program app scenes & schedules
- Prepare installation tools and safety gear
STEP 4
Installation Day: Track & Wiring
- Install aluminium track along roofline/fascia/soffits, colour‑matched
- Mount control box near power outlet
- Run wiring from control box to track start point
- Secure cables, weatherproof connections
STEP 5
LED Module Installation & Wiring
- Snap/insert LED modules into track at specified spacing
- Connect LED modules to wiring harness
- Connect to power supply
- Run network and Bluetooth fallback
STEP 6
System Setup & Configuration
- Power up system
- Pair control hub with app
- Configure WiFi
- Test Bluetooth local control fallback
- Set initial scene, brightness, schedule for year‑round use
STEP 7
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Check each LED module is functioning
- Test color changes, patterns, brightness via app
- Verify waterproof/weather integrity of connections (IP67 rating)
- Clean up site, remove debris
STEP 8
Handover & Customer Training
- Show customer how to use the app
- Explain how to set schedules, scenes, holiday modes
- Provide warranty information (5‑year product & installation)
- Provide documentation and support contact
STEP 9
Ongoing Maintenance & Support
- Advise on minimal maintenance (keep track clear of debris)
- If a light module fails, we schedule replacement under warranty
- Customer uses cloud or app control from anywhere in world
